Tiffany Jen is a design leader based in New York City with over 15 years of experience shaping brand and growth strategy across global technology and media organizations, including Meta, Shopify, and Google. She holds a Master’s degree in Design & Entrepreneurship from the School of Visual Arts.
She has led cross-functional initiatives in brand marketing, product growth, and creative strategy, building scalable visual systems that align product and marketing while translating complex ideas into clear, compelling experiences. At Meta, she design and led campaigns across Reality Labs, Creative Shop, WhatsApp, Small Business Marketing, and Instagram, and at Shopify and Google, she directed brand marketing design efforts at scale.
Tiffany approaches design holistically, blending strategy, research, and craft. Known for her thoughtful leadership and emotional intelligence, she creates work that is both impactful and human, guiding projects from early strategy through art direction and final execution.
Outside of her professional work, Tiffany explores creative and personal passion projects, including developing Inner An: sound healing, scents & botanicals. She draws inspiration from interior architecture, spatial design, and film, and splits her time between New York City and the Hudson Valley/Catskills, where she is restoring Casa Magda , a space that reflects her love of craftsmanship and intentional living.
